Don’t Meth With Us Project Gets Local Coverage

The “Don’t Meth With Us” campaign conducted by Rotary clubs in Southwest Missouri are having a positive impact amongst the youth in the region. That was exemplified by the recent discovery of a meth jar, discovered and reported by a diligent 13-year old girl. Springfield’s television station KSPR filed this report.

Rotary Earns Big Miles

Of all the philanthropic organizations in the world, Rotary International took second place in the Ten Million Charity Miles Giveaway offered by United Airlines during the month of December. The successful campaign, spurred on by thousands of Rotarians worldwide, will allow for thousands of miles of airline travel over the coming year which will facilitate humanitarian projects and stretch finite budgets to allow Rotary to do more good work.
