Urgent RYLA Message

We are in need of two willing male Rotarians that would step in and and fill some unexpected open positions. They would be working with two female counselors that know the curriculum and what needs to be done. The professional counselor is the lead and the Rotarian counselor is there for experience and support. The counselors would need to be at William Woods University by 11 on Sunday, the 23rd and be able to stay through the banquet on Wednesday, June 26th which is usually over by 7pm.

The Warrensburg Rotary Club was honored to receive Missouri’s first Rotary Peace Fellow, Margaret Carolla Maues, as featured speaker during its meeting this week. Margaret was selected to join the first cohort of Rotary Peace Fellows in November 2001 which led her to studies at the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2003.

Oklahoma Rotary Districts 5750 and 5770 have now established a 501(c)3 fund. Contributions to the fund will be applied toward disaster relief and recovery from the massive tornado that tore through Moore, Oklahoma earlier this week.
