If District 6080 is to reach $300,000 in Annual Program Fund contributions this year – allowing for us to allocate $150,000 toward locally directed projects in fiscal year 2015-16 – then we’ve got $36,000 more dollars in contributions that need to come in to The Rotary Foundation by June 30.
The Columbia School District provided a lot of recognition for local Rotary clubs and the good work they are doing in conjunction with the school system. The Columbia clubs – Downtown, Metro, Northwest, Rotaract, South, and Sunrise Southwest – combined efforts on a number of projects which led to the lead story in the School District Quarterly Newsletter which goes out to 62,000 area homes.
