The Lodge of Four Seasons, Lake Ozark. 9:00-1030 AM. (Mandatory for 2018 District Simplified Grants) No fee. Register at the seminar. At least two members MUST ATTEND to be eligible for 2018 District Simplified Grant.
This seminar will be repeated SATURDAY March 24 at 2:15-3:45 PM after the close of Show Me Rotary PETS/SETS at the Capitol Plaza Hotel, Jefferson City.
In order for your club to receive a District Simplified Grant for 2018-2019 you must have at least two members attend one of these seminars.

Publicize and promote it. Let the public know what The Foundation is and what it does. HAVE A PUBLIC FUNDRAISER. Have a least one club program this month about one of The Rotary Foundation’s programs. Every Rotarian Every Year
15 Form 990 for Rotary clubs is due to IRS. Pass this information on to your treasurer.
DECEMBER Disease Prevention and Treatment Month
Update DaCdb. Your January, 2018 RI Dues Notice will be based on your latest December entries.
Hold you club officer election for 2018-2019. Report officers to RI by December 31, 2017.
Continue to work on the Presidential Citation, The Rotary Foundation Goals and your District Simplified Grant project.
Remember to have fun.
If you have a news item or an event write an article about it specifying details and any deadlines and send it to me. We will publish your article for up to three months in advance in the Memo to give everyone adequate notice. I must receive your article by the 20th of the month for it to appear in the following month’s Memo. I will also pass the information along to the Newsletter Editor.
