September 2012 District Governor Newsletter

Rotarians –

Things are happening every day within our District as this month’s newsletter will attest.

  • Assistant Governor Terry Furstenau introduces the projects being tackled by the clubs in Fulton, Boonville, Centralia and Fayette.
  • New Generations Director Rita Esterly highlights the programs under the New Generations Avenue of Service and describes why each of those programs is significant to the well-being of our organization.
  • District Conference Chair Georgia Stuart-Simmons provides insight, highlights and web-registration information for this year’s Conference in Branson.
  • We see a photo gallery of the works being done in our communities through our first quarter Community Service initiatives. A big thanks to chair Steve Dulle for all his good work in that arena.

Plus, there is the procedure for non-Rotarians to apply for next spring’s GSE Team visit to Panama, and more.

So prop up your feet, sit back and relax as you scroll though this month’s newsletter. It’s not “Harry Potter,” but I think you’ll find it enjoyable all the same.
