Katy Lacy, a Rotarian from The Rotary Club of Jefferson City Evening has been appointed as District Director of Public Image. Katy graduated from University of Central Missouri with a Bach-elor of Science degree in Corporate Communication, minor in French. She worked as the Public Information Specialist for the Missouri Department of Insurance then as a Communication Specialist for Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan before starting her current position in 2009, Assistant State Director of Missouri YMCA Youth In Government. She joined the Jefferson City Evening Rotary Club in June 2010 and became a Paul Harris Fellow, along with the rest of her club in 2011. She serves her club as the New Generations Czar. She has lived in Jefferson City since 2007 with her husband, Chris Parr.
