As you are aware, each quarter we are proposing a district-wide community service project. Since most clubs do seasonal projects for the holidays to support those less fortunate than ourselves, we decided that this quarter we would simply encourage all clubs to continue to do as much as possible for the needy. Let us remember our blessings and share our generosity and care with others. We encourage each club to help the needy in some way during this quarter either as a continuation of your ongoing projects or by injecting new projects, perhaps by aligning with other groups such as the Salvation Army in bell ringing, your local Meals on Wheels etc.
