A couple of more District Conference registration deadlines:
Tuesday, October 9
While the district conference will be accepting late and walk-in conference registrations, we need to turn in final meal counts to the Radisson Hotel next Tuesday (October 9), so if you want to be assured of being served the prime rib or other primary entrée selections, you need to have your registration and meal reservations completed by then.

Golfing Registrations
The Conference 4-person Scramble Golf Tournament Coordinator, Shawn Pingleton, has determined that we will be able to wave the late registration fee, so golfers will be able to register for $75per person, instead of the $90 that had been previously stated. This is a bargain on the premier Payne Stewart Golf Course in Branson. Once again, you can FAX in a copy of the registration form to registrar Anita Love at (660) 747-5774 or e-mail her with a completed form at [email protected]
Panama Project
Don’t forget, we are collecting slightly used clothing, sporting and ambulatory equipment for District 4240 in Panama. Please bring collected items to the District Conference and leave them off at the Registration Desk. More details about the Panama project can be found here.
Lodging
Lodging at the Radisson if sold out, but you can access other accommodation options here. Fall is a busy time of year in Branson, so the conference committee suggests you make your lodging accommodations before you leave the comfort of your home sweet home.
The conference registration numbers are good and it looks like we will have participants from many stages of their Rotary careers, so don’t be afraid to print off a registration form, fill it out, send it in and join them.
