On Dec. 14, 1997, White witnessed the deaths of his pregnant wife Jenny and five-year old son Danny in a single-vehicle accident during a military move. He became an instant single parent to a three-year old daughter and nine-month old son.
Today, White is a motivational and inspirational speaker, who uses his story to encourage and train others. He challenges leaders to seek what is truly important and enables business leaders to face challenging times. He encourages leaders to stop defining themselves by what they do, but rather to effectively lead with liberty. By doing so, leaders experience:
