During the holidays, Rotarian David Lowe stopped by the Rotary Club of Ushuaia, Argentina, the southern most Rotary Club in the world. With a population greater than 60,000 and located on the Argentinian island of Tierra del Fuego, Ushuaia is regarded as the southern most city in the world. Lowe, the immediate past president of the Rotary Club of Pulaski County, traveled to Argentina to celebrate the holidays with his daughter, Sara, who is there studying Spanish to complete her language requirement as a part of her International Business degree program.
